Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jonas Karlberg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and mrs ko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). ko has chosen get back as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
ko looks to land a combination. Karlberg sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
ko throws out a powerful jab.
Karlberg fails with an attempt to clinch.
Karlberg tries to clinch up.
ko moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
ko is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
ko comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Karlberg. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

ko lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

ko must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

ko got a little sloppy there for a moment and Karlberg has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, ko has managed to get both his arms back between Karlberg's legs - danger averted.
