The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Blazkowicz moves in looking to clinch but Liddell pushes him off. Liddell looks to land a body kick but Blazkowicz moved away. Liddell looks to throw the jab but Blazkowicz is out of range. Liddell misses with a straight left. Liddell misses with the combination.
Blazkowicz slips under a jab. Blazkowicz fails with the takedown. A looping hook to the body misses from Liddell. Blazkowicz does a little dance to reset his feet. Liddell thows a body shot but no joy. Blazkowicz looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Liddell! Blazkowicz postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Liddell looks a forlorn figure.
