Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Matt Hawk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rock Dock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Matt Hawk has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Matt Hawk! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Rock Dock! The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hawk drops Dock with a left and a right! Oh, Dock is hurt - Hawk dives into side control looking to finish!
Dock is rocked!
It looks like Rock Dock has been cut. Hawk will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Dock looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Hawk remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while. Dock is still in real trouble! Can Hawk finish him? Dock seems to have recovered his senses. Hawk wants to stand but Dock is controlling his arm. Hawk moves into full mount! Hawk controlling the position easily from mount. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Hawk looking to control but Dock is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hawk content just to control the position here. Dock is looking to improve his position but Hawk isn't that keen on the idea. Hawk takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Hawk tries to control but Dock wriggling away. Hawk is really struggling to control Dock but he's trying to hold on to the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
The referee stands the fighters back up. Matt Hawk just wasn't active enough from the dominant position. Dock keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Dock shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Dock was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Dock trying to control but he's not successful this time. Hawk is working to get back to half guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Dock controlling the pace for now. Hawk wants to control but Dock is having none of it. Dock controlling his opponent. Dock can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Hawk is looking to escape.

Hawk tries to hold on but Dock postures up. Dock trying to control but Hawk is having none of it.
Despite being in the dominant position, Rock Dock just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Dock has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Hawk finds it's way round the side to connect with Dock's head. A combination from Hawk does no damage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Matt Hawk dominated that round. The cut man is working on Rock Dock's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Dock takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Hawk stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Hawk throws a right hand that Dock ducks under and follows up with a left that Dock also avoids with ease. Hawk stuns Dock with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Hawk thuds a left hand into Dock's body. Dock shoots in for a takedown but Hawk shows good takedown defense. Hawk is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range. Hawk throws a right and a left that both miss. Hawk circles away from the clinch attempt.
Dock fails with the takedown. Matt Hawk has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rock Dock. Hawk fakes the leg kick and throws a superman punch. It's knocked Dock out cold! Brutal finish!
