Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chad Pierre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sanji Yokohama (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Chad Pierre! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Sanji Yokohama! The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Kenichi Hosakawa and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pierre shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Pierre was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Pierre is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Yokohama to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Yokohama shrugs it off. Yokohama is trying desperately to improve position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Pierre takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Yokohama keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Pierre lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. Yokohama tries to hold on but Pierre postures up. Yokohama working to try and regain half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pierre lands with some strikes. Yokohama is working to get back to half guard.
Pierre stands up from the dominant position. He obviously fancies his chances standing. Pierre shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Yokohama napping and manages to drive through into side control! Pierre wants to control but Yokohama is keeping him busy. Pierre decides to take the fight back to the feet. Yokohama has his takedown stuffed and Pierre moves into the clinch. Pierre gets a nice trip takedown into half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Pierre works his foot free and advances to mount. Pierre is breathing heavily. Pierre controlling from the full mount. Pierre working the ground and pound effectively.
Yokohama is trying to escape the mount.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Yokohama tries to get back to half guard but can't.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Pierre controlling the position easily from mount. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Pierre is working close to his opponent, looking to work a submission by the looks of things. Oh, he's managed to get a guillotine from mount as his opponent reached up! That looks tiiiiight! Will he tap? YES, he's tapped! Impressive submission by Pierre!
