The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Codazzi lands with a good body shot.

and Santos counters with a thumping low kick.

Codazzi cracks Santos with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Codazzi takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Codazzi takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Santos throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
A big left from Santos misses.
Santos scores with a jab. Codazzi acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
The fighters circling - Santos throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Santos is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.

Codazzi feints a kick and comes over the top with a right hand, followed by a left hook - both land, sending Santos crashing to the mat! This one is all over!
