Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between JF Kennedy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Christopher Wayne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Wayne's choice of entrance music: Last of my kind. Christopher Wayne is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, JF Kennedy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Christopher Wayne!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Gwen Towbar and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kennedy moves into range and connects with a jab.
Kennedy dodges the punch combination from Wayne.
Wayne throws a nice looking combination but Kennedy bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Kennedy tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Kennedy scores with a jab. Wayne acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
The crowd cheers as Kennedy lands an impressive looking overhand right. Wayne doesn't seem phased though.
Kennedy throws a sloppy head kick and Wayne moves out of range easily.
Some wild striking there from Wayne.
Wayne shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Kennedy sprawls well. Kennedy wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Wayne gets slowly back to his feet.
Kennedy keeps the fight on the outside.
Wayne swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Wayne tries to clinch but Kennedy is having none of it.
A head kick misses from Wayne.
Wayne shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Kennedy is trying to defend but Wayne finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Wayne looks gassed!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Kennedy controlling the position well.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Kennedy is looking for a sweep. Wayne is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Kennedy wants to control but Wayne is keeping busy.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Wayne prevents Kennedy from improving his position.
Wayne working over Kennedy with some ground and pound. Kennedy looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
Wayne is thwarting Kennedy's attempts to control the position.
Kennedy pushes Wayne off and gets back to his feet.
Wayne throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Kennedy.
Christopher Wayne seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Kennedy cracks Wayne with a good jab.
Wayne misses with a series of wild punches.
Kennedy bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Wayne's head.
Wayne rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Kennedy moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Kennedy tests Wayne's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Wayne takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Wayne on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
No joy there for Kennedy, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Wayne throws the left hand but Kennedy avoids the punch easily.
The fight stays on the outside here - Wayne looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Kennedy bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Wayne's head.
Wayne looks for a takedown but Kennedy sprawls well.
Wayne on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Wayne takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Kennedy drops Wayne with a nice combination! Kennedy dives into Wayne's guard, looking to finish!
Wayne is rocked!
Kennedy stands and steps away. Wayne gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Wayne is still on wobbly legs! Can Kennedy finish him?
Kennedy closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Wayne! Kennedy dives in looking to finish! Wayne is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). JF Kennedy!
