Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Erik Flamebeard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Charlie Hustle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hustle is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Hustlin. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hustle tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Hustle fails in his attempt to clinch.
Hustle tries to clinch there but Flamebeard circles away.
Flamebeard moves into the clinch successfully.
Hustle wants to break the clinch but can't.
Flamebeard jumps guard.
Flamebeard will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.

Hustle loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Flamebeard is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Hustle really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Flamebeard. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Hustle stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Flamebeard swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Flamebeard circles away from the clinch attempt
and Flamebeard counters with a low kick, right behind Hustle 's knee.
Hustle has his takedown stuffed
and Flamebeard counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Hustle's guard now.
Flamebeard lands a couple of digs.
Flamebeard has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Hustle is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Flamebeard postures up and lands a big shot to Hustle's brow.

Flamebeard throwing strikes from guard but Hustle blocks nicely.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Flamebeard drops back, looking for a kneebar! Hustle looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Hustle looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Hustle!
Flamebeard wants to control but Hustle postures up.

Flamebeard is in a bad position, trying to hold on for dear life but he is really struggling to maintain any sort of control.
Hustle is looking to take a break and control but Flamebeard is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Flamebeard is breathing heavily.
Hustle wants to stand but Flamebeard has him controlled and pulls him back into his guard.
Hustle stands up out of Flamebeard's guard for a moment - Flamebeard manages to land a nice upkick.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Flamebeard is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Hustle is looking to improve his position.
Hustle tries to kick Flamebeard off but Flamebeard keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Flamebeard moves into full mount! Hustle won't be happy about that!
Hustle tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Flamebeard can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Hustle is looking to escape.
Hustle reaches up to try and control the position but Flamebeard seems to have an arm triangle now! Uh oh! Hustle rolls and tries to escape and now Flamebeard has his back!
Hustle trying to control the hands but Flamebeard breaks the grip.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Hustle is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.
Flamebeard is looking to control Hustle but Hustle is wriggling around and keeping busy.
Flamebeard is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Hustle is defending well though. Flamebeard let's go of the attempt for now.
Hustle just trying to survive but Flamebeard is wriggling into a better position, looking to finish.
Hustle is trapped and Flamebeard is scoring with shots to the head and body.
Hustle is rocked!
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.
Hustle is still in real trouble! Can Flamebeard finish him?
Flamebeard is working for a rear naked choke. Hustle is not defending it well and Flamebeard has tightened it up quickly! This could be all over! Hustle refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of Hustle's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Erik Flamebeard!
