Ner has chosen Just Another Victim by Helmet&House Of Pain as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Robico shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Ner sprawls well. Ner wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Robico gets slowly back to his feet.
Ner keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Robico uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Ner.
Ner stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Ner wants it to stay on the feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Michael Robico. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Ner lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.

Ner clinches.

Ner manages to break the clinch.
Ner looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.

Vin Ner seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Robico takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Robico shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Ner but Ner pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Ner tries to clinch but Robico is having none of it.
Robico dives in and grabs Ner's left leg, looking for a takedown. Ner pushes down on Robico's head and hops out.
Robico is breathing heavily.
Ner takes a swing at Robico's ribcage but misses.
Ner works Robico's body with a nice hook.

Ner clinches.

Ner's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Ner misses with a straight right.
Robico takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Ner ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Robico ducks under a wild hook from Ner.
Ner digs a good body shot into Robico's ribs.
Ner lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

It looks like Michael Robico has been cut.
Ner fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Robico manages to avoid it.
Ner lands with a precision combination! Left, right, uppercut and Robico falls flat on his face, eyes wide open but he's out!
