Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Charlie Kent (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lt Parrotface (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Parrotface tries to clinch up.

Kent looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Parrotface is fending him off so far but Kent persists. Nope, Parrotface circles away and we're back to standing.

Kent shoots for a double leg takedown but Parrotface sprawls well. He's pushed Kent's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!
Kent fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Kent crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Parrotface - the referee stops the clock and Kent gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Parrotface. Kent manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Kent feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

I've got Parrotface winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
