Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Larry Flint (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fender Gibson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Larry Flint! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Fender Gibson! The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Radbod Blank and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gibson with a nice cross. Gibson darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Gibson lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Flint looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Flint won't allow Gibson to get back to his feet. Flint pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Gibson is keeping the position for now. Gibson is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Flint dives into side control.
Flint is trying to get an arm triangle but Gibson is defending well. Flint controlling the position from side mount. Flint prevents Gibson from escaping the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gibson prevents Flint from improving position.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Gibson connects with a single shot there. Gibson displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination. Nice jab there from Gibson. Flint throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Gibson's waist but Gibson gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Flint off to one side. Gibson lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Gibson lands a nice hook to Flint's body. Flint takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Gibson stalks Flint and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Flint's face. Flint staggers backwards, shaken. Gibson leaves Flint with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Flint changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Gibson looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Gibson is pushing Flint's head away, looking to escape. Flint manages to hold on to the position though. Gibson is being controlled here. Flint really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Gibson is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Flint is controlling him well. Gibson is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first. Flint has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. Gibson lands an overhand right. Gibson tries to keep at a distance but Flint has taken the fight into the clinch.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gibson lands a right hand that snaps the head of Flint backwards. Gibson swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Flint ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Flint no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Gibson would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Flint throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
Gibson must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Gibson wants to stand but Flint is controlling his posture from full guard.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Flint kicks Gibson off and gets to his feet. Gibson scores with a punch to the head.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Flint tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Gibson paws at him with a jab and circles away. Gibson scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Flint fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Larry Flint. That's going to take a lot out of him. Flint is breathing heavily. Flint fails with a takedown attempt. Gibson keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Gibson is working the combinations to good effect here. Gibson lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Flint takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Flint dives in and grabs Gibson's left leg, looking for a takedown. Gibson pushes down on Flint's head and hops out. Gibson displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
Flint is rocked! No joy there for Gibson, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Oh Flint is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Gibson tries to bum rush Flint with a series of wild strikes but Flint uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Gibson scores with a nice head shot. Gibson misses with a few strikes there.
Gibson throws an overhand right that drops Flint like a sack of potatoes! Gibson dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Fender Gibson!
