The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mousasi ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Lulangos slips under a jab from Mousasi.
A left and a right from Lulangos both land. Nice combination.
A looping hook to the body misses from Mousasi. Lulangos does a little dance to reset his feet.
Mousasi lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
It looks like Lukie Lulangos has been cut.
Mousasi uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Lulangos.

and Lulangos counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Lulangos fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Mousasi with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Lulangos to score with a decent uppercut.
Mousasi takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Mousasi avoids a punch combination nicely.
Lulangos cracks Mousasi with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Mousasi looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Lulangos finish him?

Lulangos bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Mousasi's head backwards.

A decent looking cross lands there for Lulangos.
Lulangos avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Mousasi tries to close the distance and clinch but Lulangos swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Mousasi wants to clinch but Lulangos slips to the side
and Lulangos counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Mousasi fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Lulangos manages to avoid it.
Lulangos moves out of range of the strikes.
Lulangos scores with a shot to the body.
Lulangos jabs at Mousasi's body.
Mousasi walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Lulangos, as that shot connected.

Lulangos is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Mousasi rather than just go for the knockout.

Lulangos fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
A jab from Lulangos finds it's way through Mousasi's defenses.
Lulangos lands with a right and another and another! Mousasi is in big trouble! Lulangos lands again and this time it's lights out for Mousasi! A quality knockout there for Lulangos.
