Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Peter Dunphy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Snow Denn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Snow Denn is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Peter Dunphy! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Snow Denn! The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Trevor Gratis and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dunphy looks for a takedown but Denn sprawls well. Dunphy shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Denn sprawls well. Denn wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Dunphy gets slowly back to his feet. Dunphy keeps the fight on the outside. Denn doesn't manage to clinch there - Dunphy circles away.
Denn takes the fight into the clinch. Denn lands a hook that snaps the head of Dunphy backwards. Denn throws a punch but it's blocked by Dunphy. Dunphy gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Denn.
Dunphy tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Denn just stands there and leans against the cage. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Peter Dunphy. That's going to take a lot out of him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Denn jumps guard but Dunphy stands there with Denn around his waist. Denn gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Dunphy is trying to break the clinch but Denn is controlling him. Dunphy wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Denn has him pressed against the cage. A frustrated look appears on Dunphy's face as he tries to break the clinch. Dunphy is struggling to control the position. Dunphy is pressed up against the cage. Denn has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Dunphy down to the mat. Dunphy avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
That's one minute gone in the round. Denn wants to clinch. Denn doesn't manage to clinch there - Dunphy circles away.
Denn rushes Dunphy and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Denn gets control of Dunphy's arms and successfully pulls guard. Denn will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Dunphy looking to pass the guard. Denn wants to get back to his feet but Dunphy passes into half guard.
Denn is trying to stand up here but Dunphy is controlling him well. Dunphy sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Denn defending well though. Dunphy working over Denn with some ground and pound. Denn looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Denn is holding on to half guard well.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Denn throws a right hand that Dunphy ducks under and follows up with a left that Dunphy also avoids with ease. Denn gets caught flat footed, as Dunphy shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Denn kicks Dunphy off and gets to his feet. Dunphy decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Denn is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Dunphy scores with a couple of nice shots. Dunphy is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Denn sees it coming and defends easily. Dunphy is breathing heavily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Denn wants to improve his position but Dunphy is controlling well.
Denn is refusing to be controlled, as Dunphy sits in half guard. Denn is trying to get back to full guard. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Denn won't allow Dunphy to pass to mount. Denn is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Dunphy moves into the clinch successfully.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Denn has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Dunphy avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Denn blocks an elbow strike. Denn lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Dunphy. Dunphy wants to get back to striking at distance but Denn won't allow it.
Denn ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Denn no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Denn trying to control the position.
Dunphy stops Denn from standing up. Denn looking to control.
Dunphy has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Denn wants to stand and escape but Dunphy is having none of it. Dunphy advances position into side control! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Peter Dunphy dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Denn tries to clinch there but Dunphy circles away.
Snow Denn seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Dunphy throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Dunphy leaves Denn with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Dunphy circles away from the clinch attempt and Dunphy counters with a low kick, right behind Denn 's knee. Denn works the jab nicely.
It looks like Peter Dunphy has been cut. Denn wants to clinch and Dunphy counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Dunphy. Dunphy throws and elbow that misses. Denn uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Dunphy's guard. Nice move by Denn! Dunphy preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Denn working some strikes from top position. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Denn throwing strikes but missing. Dunphy is looking for a triangle but Denn pushes his legs off easily.
Denn stays in close to Dunphy's body and controls the position. Denn stands up over Dunphy, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Denn must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Dunphy pulls Denn in close to prevent any damage. Denn throwing strikes but missing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Dunphy keeping moving, preventing Denn from controlling successfully. Denn slips nicely into half guard. Denn landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Denn is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Dunphy is refusing to be controlled, as Denn sits in half guard.

Denn landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Denn is trying to control. Dunphy wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Denn is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Denn decides to stand up. Denn throws a right hand that Dunphy ducks under and follows up with a left that Dunphy also avoids with ease. Denn tries to clinch and Dunphy counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Denn's guard now. Denn looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Denn manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Dunphy manages to get himself to full guard.
Denn thows a big elbow that misses. Denn stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Dunphy swivels though and keeps the full guard. Dunphy tries to land a sweep but no joy. Denn gets to his feet - Dunphy follows without any prompting. Dunphy moves in looking to clinch but Denn pushes him off. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Denn closes the distance and clinches. Dunphy is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Denn's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! A right-left combo lands from Denn. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Snow Denn will probably get the nod - 10:9. The cut man is working on Peter Dunphy's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
Denn pushes Dunphy up against the cage in a clinch. Denn lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Dunphy backwards. Denn is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Dunphy pulls him back up using the underhooks. Dunphy tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Denn tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Denn lands a nice uppercut. A left hand lands to the body for Denn.
Dunphy working hard to break the clinch. Denn pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Some wild striking there from Denn.
Denn feints and as Dunphy raises his hands in defense, Denn changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Denn in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Dunphy avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Dunphy is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Denn kicks off Dunphy and gets to his feet. Peter Dunphy is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
That's one minute gone in the round. Denn moves into the clinch. Denn missing with knees to the body.

Peter Dunphy has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Snow Denn. Good anti-grappling being displayed by Dunphy as Denn tries to tie him up. Dunphy goes for a takedown in the clinch but Denn prevents it.

Denn pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Dunphy tumbling to the mat - Denn dives into Dunphy's guard. Dunphy is adopting a defensive guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Dunphy is squirming around, avoiding Denn's attempts to control the action. Denn takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Denn unloading with bombs! Denn with the ground and pound from mount. Denn postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Dunphy looks a forlorn figure.

Denn is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Dunphy can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Denn lands a nice shot to the head. Denn lands a heavy elbow. Dunphy is looking to improve his position but Denn isn't that keen on the idea. Denn looking to control but Dunphy is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Denn lands a nice shot to the head. Denn punishing his opponent with strikes.
Dunphy is rocked! The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Denn postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Dunphy badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Denn around the waist but Denn pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Denn is the winner by TKO! Denn jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:55 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Snow Denn!
