Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Eddie Mike (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cedar Creek (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Cedar Creek enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Cedar Creek! The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Igor Prikhodko and Vladimir Khabensky.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mike shoots in and bounces Creek off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Mike got a little sloppy there for a moment and Creek has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Mike has managed to get both his arms back between Creek's legs - danger averted. Creek is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Mike has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Creek looks gassed! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Creek throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Mike preventing the sweep. Mike throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Creek works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Creek is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Creek looking for a submission but Mike manages to get full guard, putting an end to that submission attempt.
Mike has control of Creek's left arm, preventing Creek from doing any damage. Mike is trying to control the position from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Creek postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Mike trying to control the position.
Creek is looking to work some ground and pound but Mike has wrist control. Creek passes into half guard. Creek winds up and cracks Mike with a swinging punch to the side of the head. The fighters are battling for position here. Mike manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Mike is looking for a triangle but Creek pushes his legs off easily.
Creek drops back looking for a leg! Mike is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Mike manages to kick Creek off! Creek jumps back into Mike's guard. Mike scrambles and gets back to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mike throws a right and a left that Creek avoids nicely. Creek shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Mike counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Creek is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Mike's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Mike's back! Creek looking to break Mike's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Mike remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Creek will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Mike trying to control the position but Creek manages to sink in the hooks.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well, with Creek on his back, surely it's only a matter of time before Mike is tapping out... Can he escape the position? Mike is trying to defend against the choke here but Creek has an arm under his chin. This one might not last much longer. Creek Tightens the hold and Mike taps out furiously! Creek displays superior BJJ to win the fight.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Cedar Creek!
