Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Remose A (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dak Ishii (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ishii has chosen Insane in the membrane by Cypress Hill as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Remose A! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 7 - 0, fighting out of New York, Dak Ishii! The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, John Roberts and Jonathan Paton.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ishii tries to clinch but A moves out of range. A throws a nice looking combination but Ishii bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Ishii circles away from the clinch attempt and Ishii holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. A lands with a short head shot on the inside. A breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Ishii fails with an attempt to clinch.
A lands with a right hand. A tries to bum rush Ishii with a series of wild strikes but Ishii uses good footwork to avoid the assault. A throws a combination that misses and Ishii counters with a nice double leg into guard. Ishii controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. A on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if A tries to get out of the position. Ishii won't allow A to sweep him here. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Ishii wants to pass the guard but A is keeping the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ishii drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Ishii jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Ishii drops back for a leg! Ishii in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Ishii drops back looking for a leg! A is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and A manages to kick Ishii off! Ishii jumps back into A's guard.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. A misses with a wild body shot. A wants to slow Ishii down by chopping away at his legs. Remose A seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. A fails to land with a series of punches.
Ishii misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
A clinches but Ishii breaks the clinch and Ishii counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. A not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Ishii stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. A swivels though and keeps the full guard. Ishii being controlled here momentarily. Ishii trying to control but A is working from the bottom. A looking to control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ishii in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. A keeping moving, preventing Ishii from controlling successfully. A seems keen to control Ishii's posture.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. A tries to clinch up and Ishii counters with a nice double leg into side control. A won't be happy with that. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. A is looking to reverse the position. Ishii is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, A has escaped the position, nice work there. Ishii goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, A rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Ishii's guard! Nice work there by A! Ishii looks gassed!
That's four minutes gone in the round. A wants to stand but Ishii has a closed guard, so he can't escape. A knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Ishii on the ground. Ishii is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a tringle but A frees his head nicely. Oh but Ishii has switched to an armbar! A is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
