Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Wood Chimera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and King Laz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). King Laz acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Wood Chimera!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, King Laz!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, William Gold and Andrew Berry.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Chimera shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Laz napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Laz is looking to regain half guard here but Chimera keeps moving and retains side control.
Laz is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
You can see the frustration on Laz's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Laz really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Chimera. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Laz tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Chimera wants to control but Laz is keeping him busy.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

I looks like Laz might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
Chimera has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Despite being in the dominant position, King Laz just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Laz pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Wood Chimera is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Laz tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

King Laz showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.


Laz throws a hook but Chimera blocks it.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Laz shoots in and bounces Chimera off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
