Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Oedline Buntington (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steve Rogers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Buntington comes to the cage accompanied by Random Elevator Music. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

8 - 8 - 0, fighting out of London, Steve Rogers! The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Steven Brown and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rogers ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Buntington gets caught flat footed, as Rogers shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Rogers drops back looking for a leg! Buntington is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Buntington manages to kick Rogers off! Rogers jumps back into Buntington's guard. Rogers won't allow Buntington to get back to his feet. Rogers advances position into side control! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Rogers wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Buntington, who protects the arm well. Rogers lands an elbow. Rogers working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Buntington wants to get back to his feet but Rogers drags him back down.

Buntington lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Buntington throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Rogers on the side of the head. Rogers misses with a takedown attempt. Buntington scores with a one two! Rogers had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Rogers shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Buntington as he jumps to the side. Buntington smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Rogers prevents Buntington from breaking the clinch. Buntington gets underhooks to prevent Rogers's takedown attempt.

Rogers shoots in but no luck this time. Buntington is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all. Donk. Buntington catches Rogers right on the button with a cross. Nice shot lands for Buntington. Buntington lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. Buntington cracks Rogers with an open hand slap. Rogers takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Buntington looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Buntington stuffs the takedown. Buntington lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Buntington.

Rogers shoots in but no luck this time. Rogers has a takedown stuffed. Rogers shoots in and drives through. Buntington sprawls well. Buntington throws a right and a left that Rogers avoids nicely. Jab, jab by Buntington - just one landing. Buntington slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Buntington moves into range and connects with a jab. The crowd cheers as Buntington lands an impressive looking overhand right. Rogers doesn't seem phased though. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Buntington lands a glancing blow to the side of Rogers's head. Rogers tries to clinch but fails miserably and Buntington counters with a series of strikes. Rogers will be more careful next time no doubt. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! A right-left combo lands from Buntington. Buntington scores with a sloppy right hand. Rogers should have avoided that one.
