The judges for this bout are , Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Labayen moves into the clinch.
Labayen prevents the takedown attempt.
Valadez drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Valadez drops down looking for an ankle pick but Labayen pulls his leg out and moves away.

Labayen working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Valadez doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Labayen is tightening it up a little... Valadez has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Valadez reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Valadez taps out! nice BJJ there by Labayen!
