Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Sam Uri (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ken Watts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Hugh Johnson and Bruno Hogan.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Uri tries for a takedown but Watts sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Watts moves away from the strike by Uri.
Watts scores with a hook to the body. Uri takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Uri looks for a takedown but Watts sprawls well.
Watts swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Uri jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Watts is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Watts and Uri has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Uri passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Watts!

Uri goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Watts is on top in guard.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Uri has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Watts can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Uri decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Watts looks like he's trying to stand up.

Watts kicks Uri off and gets back to his feet.
Watts on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Uri is defended easily by Watts.
Uri rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Watts moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Uri fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Watts avoids it really well and circles away.

Uri changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Watts looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Watts is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Uri has just dragged him back down to the mat.
