Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Crni Rusvaj (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dorel Flocea (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rusvaj shoots in for a takedown but Flocea shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Flocea is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Rusvaj closes the distance and clinches.
Flocea fails to pull guard.

Rusvaj works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Flocea is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Rusvaj has just dragged him back down to the mat.
Rusvaj lands an elbow.
Rusvaj gets to mount! Flocea was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly.
Flocea looks gassed!

Rusvaj wants to finish this one by submission but Flocea is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Rusvaj.
Flocea tries to lock up and control but Rusvaj gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Rusvaj shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Flocea manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Rusvaj is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Flocea is working an open guard so Rusvaj takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.

Flocea tries to clinch but Rusvaj moves away

Flocea really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Rusvaj. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Flocea wants to stand and escape but Rusvaj is having none of it.

Rusvaj gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Flocea tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Rusvaj smiles and moves away.
Crni Rusvaj has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dorel Flocea.

Flocea tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Rusvaj just stands there and leans against the cage.
Flocea fails to pull guard.

Rusvaj gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Flocea regains guard.
Rusvaj pushes down on Flocea's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Rusvaj thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Flocea's head.
Rusvaj is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!

Rusvaj throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Flocea shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Flocea stuffs the takedown.
Flocea defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Rusvaj.

Flocea is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Flocea can't get the takedown.
Flocea tries a body shot but Rusvaj blocks it.

Rusvaj wants to sweep but no luck.
Flocea working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Flocea throws a big right hand that misses.
Flocea looking to sit in guard and control but Rusvaj gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Rusvaj won't allow Flocea to get back to his feet.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Rusvaj stands and steps away. Flocea gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Flocea looks to clinch

and Rusvaj counters by moving into the clinch.

Rusvaj jumps into guard, dragging Flocea to the mat.
Rusvaj utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Flocea accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Rusvaj pulls Flocea in close to his closed guard and prevents Flocea from doing any damage or advancing position.
Flocea wants to pass the guard but Rusvaj is keeping the position.

Flocea must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Flocea tries to stand but Rusvaj is controlling from the bottom.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

and Rusvaj counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Rusvaj gets through Flocea's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Rusvaj is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Flocea gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
