Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mario Turk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Albert Rodriguez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Turk might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Y'all must've forgot. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Turk scores with a hook.
Rodriguez dodges the punch combination from Turk.
Turk connects with a body shot.
Rodriguez fails in his attempt to clinch.
Turk paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Rodriguez swings for the body but Turk moves out of range.
Rodriguez throws a shot to the body.

Turk avoids the head kick by Rodriguez.
Turk throws a series of punches but Rodriguez moves out of range.
Turk throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Rodriguez stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Rodriguez swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Rodriguez tries to close the distance and clinch but Turk swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Decent striking displayed by Turk there.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Turk looks to score with a jab to the body but Rodriguez is just out of range.
Turk uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Rodriguez has time to react.
Turk digs a good body shot into Rodriguez's ribs.
Turk avoids the head kick by Rodriguez.
Turk avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Turk lands with a straight right. Rodriguez didn't see that one coming.

Rodriguez throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Turk is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
The fight stays on the outside here - Rodriguez looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Turk goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Rodriguez misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Turk counters with a three punch combo that has Rodriguez backing up. Rodriguez nods at Turk to acknowledge the strikes.
Turk thuds a left hand into Rodriguez's body.

Rodriguez is rocked!
Turk fires a straight punch through the middle that cracks Rodriguez square on the jaw! Damn, Rodriguez is out cold on his feet and topples face first to the canvas! Wow, I haven't seen a knockout that brutal in a long time!
