Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jackson McMillan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James McNulty (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McNulty has chosen Enter Sandman by Metallica as his entrance music. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the welterweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jackson McMillan!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
8 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, James McNulty !
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Gregory Folan and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McMillan defending well as McNulty loads up on a big left hand.
McNulty 's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and McNulty duly obliges.
McMillan throws a body punch but McNulty moves out of range.
McNulty moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
McMillan misses with a body shot.
McNulty connects with a crisp jab.
McNulty lands with a shot to the body.
McMillan shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
McNulty regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from McMillan.
McMillan trying to control the position from guard on top but McNulty is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
McMillan advances position into side control!
McMillan goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, McNulty has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for McMillan but great work by McNulty .
McNulty stands up and beckons McMillan to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round.
McNulty digs a good hook to McMillan's body.
McNulty lands a left and a right that send McMillan crashing to the mat, dazed. McNulty thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
McMillan is rocked!
McNulty drops McMillan with a huge uppercut! McMillan drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. McNulty is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:16 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). James McNulty ! James McNulty retains his welterweight title!
