Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Sancho Pancha!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Ernest Bass!
The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Johanna Lukiainen and Roosa Järviläinen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bass lands with a hook. Pancha tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
The fight stays on the outside here - Pancha looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Pancha looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Bass fails to land with a series of punches.
No luck for Bass with that takedown attempt.
Some wild striking there from Bass.
Bass fails with an attempt to clinch.
Bass throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Pancha's head.
Bass digs a good hook to Pancha's body.
Bass connects with a solid leg kick.
Bass lands a two punch combo.
Pancha motions for Bass to come forward. Pancha throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Ernest Bass seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bass shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Pancha defends it nicely.
Bass moves in looking to clinch but Pancha pushes him off.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Bass lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Pancha circles away from the clinch attempt.
A lazy left from Bass finds it's target.
Bass closes the distance and lands a one-two.

Bass shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Bass was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Pancha tries to lock up and control but Bass gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Pancha takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
Pancha is desperately trying to improve his position but Bass has a good base and remains in mount.
Bass postures up and throws a massive shot that knocks Pancha out cold! Two more strikes to his unconscious opponent for good luck and this one is all over! Bass goes absolutely crazy with his corner! Wow, you can see how much that win means to him!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Ernest Bass!
