Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Moar Dots (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Felipe Mello (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mello has chosen Wildfire Teme as his entrance music. Moar Dots is staring across the ring at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Moar Dots! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Felipe Mello! The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Ben Zyskovitsi and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mello plants his feet and lands a nice head kick! Dots throws a right hand that Mello ducks under and follows up with a left that Mello also avoids with ease. Mello takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Mello throws a head kick but Dots moves out of range.
Mello throws a sloppy head kick and Dots moves out of range easily. Mello lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Dots's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Dots duly obliges. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Mello throws a head kick but Dots moves out of range.
Dots on the wrong end of a nice hook. Mello throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Mello throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. A head kick from Mello lands but Dots takes it in his stride. Mello stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Mello wants it to stay on the feet. Mello throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Dots. Mello goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Dots shoots in for a double leg but Mello sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Dots changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Mello tries to avoid it but Dots manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Mello to the ground. Mello escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Moar Dots. That's going to take a lot out of him. Mello scores with a head kick.
Felipe Mello seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Nice uppercut there from Mello.
Dots is rocked!
That's one minute gone in the round. Mello with a poor takedown and Dots counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Mello! Oh Dots is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Dots is breathing heavily. Mello avoids a series of strikes thrown by Dots.
Dots seems to have got his legs back now. Dots is trying to take his opponent's back.
Mello is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Dots fails to take his opponent's back. Mello looking to escape from mount but he's given up his back! Mello is trying to break free.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mello turns into Dots and is now in his guard.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Dots keeping moving, preventing Mello from controlling successfully.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Dots with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Mello to score with a decent uppercut. Dots throws a leg kick but Mello sees it coming and checks it nicely. Mello shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Mello misses with a takedown attempt - Dots sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Mello tries a head kick but it misses.
Mello goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Dots shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Mello sprawls well. Mello wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Dots gets slowly back to his feet. Mello stalks Dots and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Dots's face. Dots staggers backwards, shaken.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mello throws a nice head kick!
Mello lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Mello tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Dots paws at him with a jab and circles away. No luck with that takedown attempt from Dots. Mello lands a high kick!
Mello lands with a kick to the temple. Dots shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" Mello looks to land a combination. Dots sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. Mello thows a body kick. Dots tries to catch it but that hurt him. No luck with that takedown attempt from Mello. Mello stalks Dots and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Dots's face. Dots staggers backwards, shaken. A right-left combo lands from Mello.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Mello tries for a takedown but Dots circles away easily and Dots counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Mello is refusing to be controlled, as Dots sits in half guard. Dots uses his free foot to push down on Mello's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Mello. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Dots controlling from the full mount. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Dots seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Mello for as long as he can get away with. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Moar Dots dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Mello moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. Mello scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Mello lands with a slapping head kick. Mello shoots and misses and Dots counters by clinching up. Mello breaks from the clinch.
Dots gets the takedown into side control. Dots is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Mello knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Dots cracks Mello with a big elbow. Mello really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Dots. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mello is not content to let Dots control the position. Dots tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Mello wants to get back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Dots tries for a kimura but Mello is defending well. Mello tries to bench press Dots off him but Dots keeps the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dots tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Mello prevents Dots from moving into mount. Dots wants to control but Mello is keeping him busy. Dots taking a break here but Mello is having none of it and regains half guard. Mello is looking to control Dots's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Mello avoid being mounted?
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Dots passes to full mount! Dots is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Mello has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Dots is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Mello to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Mello shrugs it off. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Moar Dots dominated that second round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. And we move into the final round!
Dots has a takedown stuffed. Dots shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Mello sprawls well. Mello wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Dots gets slowly back to his feet. A solid body kick from Mello. Mello closes the distance looking to clinch and Dots decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Mello's guard. Mello is trying to control the position from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mello keeping moving, preventing Dots from controlling successfully. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Dots is really struggling to control Mello but he's trying to hold on to the position. Dots wants to stand but Mello has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Mello wants to sweep here but Dots controlling him for the moment.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Mello goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Dots closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Dots lands in his opponent's guard. Moar Dots overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Dots wants to pass the guard but Mello is keeping the position. Dots drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Dots jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dots working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Moar Dots is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Dots slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Dots lands a couple of digs. Dots looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Dots pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Mello is keeping the position for now. Dots slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Felipe Mello has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Dots looking to pass the guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Moar Dots showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Dots, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
