Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jon Van Halen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Usko Toivoton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Toivoton rushes Van Halen and presses him up against the cage. Van Halen is trying to force a seperation but Toivoton has the dominant position. Van Halen blocking some punches.
Van Halen is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Toivoton pulls him back up using the underhooks. A short left from Toivoton. Van Halen changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Toivoton fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Toivoton really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Van Halen. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. That's two minutes gone in the round. Toivoton is nestled in close to Van Halen, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Van Halen lands one or two decent shots to the body here. Although from his own half guard, he's not going to be causing too much damage. Van Halen is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Toivoton's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Toivoton's back! Toivoton is really stuck here.
Toivoton looking to stop the rear naked choke attempt by controlling the hands. Van Halen cracks Toivoton with a big shot to body and one to the head - really punishing Toivoton from the back mount here, looking to soften him up.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Toivoton rolls, trying to escape but Van Halen keeps control of the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Toivoton trying to control the position but Van Halen manages to sink in the hooks. Toivoton is holding on to Van Halen 's glove but Van Halen gets free and slips his arm under Toivoton 's chin. This could be big trouble! Yes, Toivoton is tapping furiously and this one is over!
