We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mac throws a body punch but baker moves out of range.
Mac shoots in for a takedown but baker shows good takedown defense.

and Mac counters with a three punch combo that has baker backing up. baker nods at Mac to acknowledge the strikes.
A chopping leg kick lands by Mac.
baker shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Mac pinned against the cage. Mac gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Mac throws the left hand but baker avoids the punch easily.
Mac misses with a hook.
baker gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

Mac looks to land a combination but baker avoids it well.

baker clinches up with Mac and pushes him back against the cage.
Mac misses with a punch to the body.

baker manages to pull guard.
baker wants to sweep but no luck.
baker is trying to control the position from the bottom.

Mac wants to stand but baker is controlling his posture from full guard.

Mac really wants to buck baker off and get back to his feet.

Mac has dropped down and is working for a takedown. baker is trying to keep an underhook but Mac manages to get the takedown into half guard.
baker wants to get back to full guard but Mac has mounted him!
Mac is trying to stand up but he's being controlled by his opponent.
baker is looking to improve his position but Mac isn't that keen on the idea.

Mac gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!

Mac gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Mac has the hand control, trying to stop the rear naked choke.

Mac is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if baker gets his way!

Mac is trying to escape but he's just digging himself into more trouble. baker manages to sink in the hooks and gets a rear naked choke to end the fight in impressive fashion.
