Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bret Hart (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Robert Oak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hart's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Vertigo - U2. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Bret Hart!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Robert Oak!
The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Robert Douchet and Ian Loll.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oak shoots in and drives through. Hart sprawls well.
Oak uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Hart.
Hart tries for a takedown but Oak circles away easily

and Oak counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Hart's guard now.
Oak tries to free his leg and advance position but Hart is retaining full guard.
Oak throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Hart works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Hart on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Hart tries to get out of the position.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Hart is on top in guard.

Oak slaps away a takedown attempt from Hart, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Hart has his foot on Oak's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Oak works his way back into a safe position though.

That was a close round but I would say that Bret Hart will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

I would just about give that final round to Robert Oak.
