Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Stewie Griffin!
The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Bruno Hogan and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gunn looks to land a combination. Griffin sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Griffin tries to score with a low kick but Gunn moves his leg out of the way.
Gunn cracks Griffin with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Griffin tries to move into range but Gunn moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Griffin closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Gunn did well to prevent Griffin getting side control.

Griffin is looking to advance position but Gunn won't allow it.
Griffin is taking a breather. Gunn says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Griffin wants to get back to his feet.

Griffin's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
Griffin throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Gunn trying to hold on to Griffin's head to control him but Griffin postures up.
Griffin seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Gunn is looking to control Griffin's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Gunn avoid being mounted?

Gunn throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Griffin.
A nice combination there by Gunn.
Griffin closes the distance and clinches up with Gunn, looking for a takedown. Griffin pushes Gunn against the cage but Gunn circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Colten Gunn seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Gunn scores with a jab.
Griffin is rocked!
Gunn closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Griffin! Gunn dives in looking to finish! Griffin is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
