Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Uri Boyka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Piotr Jackowski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boyka lands with a kick to the temple. Jackowski shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Boyka tries to clinch but Jackowski moves out of range.

Jackowski dives in and grabs Boyka's left leg, looking for a takedown. Boyka pushes down on Jackowski's head and hops out.

Boyka is trying to drag Jackowski to the mat but Jackowski just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Jackowski shoots for a double leg takedown but Boyka sprawls well. He's pushed Jackowski's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

The fight stays on the outside here - Boyka looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Jackowski changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Boyka looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Boyka wants to stand back up but Jackowski manages to pass into side control.

Jackowski tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Jackowski has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Jackowski wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Boyka, who protects the arm well.
