Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nate MacRally (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jacob Brightmore (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). MacRally comes to the cage accompanied by Pillar - Throwdown. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Robert Douchet and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
MacRally keeps the fight on the outside.
MacRally scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
MacRally takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. MacRally connects with a nice short shot to Brightmore's temple.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Brightmore keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
MacRally is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
MacRally knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Brightmore on the ground.
Brightmore is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of MacRally's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take MacRally's back!

Brightmore is trying to drag MacRally to the mat but MacRally just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
MacRally keeps control of Brightmore as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
MacRally has Brightmore pressed against the cage, preventing Brightmore from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Brightmore is looking for a takedown up against the cage. MacRally gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
MacRally wants the takedown. Brightmore is fighting it off but MacRally persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Brightmore's guard against the cage.
Brightmore is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. MacRally is aware though and is defending well.

MacRally won't allow Brightmore to sweep him here.

MacRally is pushing down on Brightmore's leg trying to pass to half guard. Brightmore is fighting to maintain full guard but MacRally has managed to sneak the leg through.
Brightmore pushes MacRally off looking to stand but MacRally dives back in and keeps control.

MacRally is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Brightmore defends it well.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
