Smalls looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Bradford is fending him off so far but Smalls persists. Nope, Bradford circles away and we're back to standing.

Smalls shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Bradford is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Smalls trying to control from half guard but Bradford is working away.
Smalls wants to pass to mount but Bradford is defending the position.
Smalls decides to return to a standing position.
Brian Bradford seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bradford clinches.
Bradford escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Smalls tries to close the distance and clinch up but Bradford swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Bradford throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

and Smalls counters with a nice double leg into half guard.

Smalls prevents Bradford from getting the reversal.

Bradford is squirming around, avoiding Smalls's attempts to control the action.
Smalls wants to finish this one by submission but Bradford is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Smalls.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
