Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Kublai Chutsai!
The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Viktor Lagutenko and Igor Prikhodko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chutsai stalks Vartanov and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Vartanov's face. Vartanov staggers backwards, shaken.
It looks like Jorik Vartanov has been cut.
Vartanov throws a sloppy head kick and Chutsai moves out of range easily.
Vartanov falls off balance throwing a combination
and Chutsai counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Vartanov!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Chutsai connects with a couple of good shots from mount.

Jorik Vartanov's cut is getting worse.
Chutsai softens up his opponent with a couple of shots there and then CRACK! One massive shot lands there and Vartanov is out cold! Chutsai jumps to his feet and celebrates on the cage with the fans, who are, quite frankly, going absolutely mental!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kublai Chutsai!
