The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Augusto takes a swing at Houston's ribcage but misses.
Houston closes this distance looking for a takedown but Augusto circles away.

Augusto stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Augusto wants it to stay on the feet.

Houston is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Augusto is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

That was a close round but I would say that Marcus Houston will probably get the nod.

Houston fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Augusto avoids it really well and circles away.
Houston looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Houston drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Houston jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Houston looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Augusto tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Houston wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Houston tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Augusto is looking for a sweep.

Augusto is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Houston off and has taken his back!

Houston breaks Augusto's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.

Augusto working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Houston doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Houston manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Augusto has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Houston should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Augusto has tightened it up now! Houston should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
