Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mac Hansen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kenneth Noisewater (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Noisewater has chosen Boats 'n Hoes as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mac Hansen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 6 - 1, fighting out of New York, Kenneth Noisewater!
The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Jonathan Paton and Anthony Taglia.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Noisewater has a takedown stuffed.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Noisewater is defended easily by Hansen.
Hansen loads up on a big right hand but Noisewater slips the punch.
Noisewater fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Mac Hansen has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kenneth Noisewater.

Hansen darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Noisewater wants to improve his position but Hansen is controlling well.
Hansen seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Hansen wants to stand up but Noisewater manages to regain full guard.

Noisewater is controlling Hansen's posture.
Hansen stands up over Noisewater, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Noisewater lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Hansen!

Noisewater looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.

Noisewater thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!

Noisewater is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Hansen to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Hansen shrugs it off.

Noisewater moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Hansen has worked his arm free - good work by Hansen!
Hansen tries to buck Noisewater off but Noisewater is having none of it.

Noisewater is chipping away with strikes.

Noisewater is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Hansen is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Noisewater is looking to take a break and control but Hansen is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Noisewater goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Hansen has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Noisewater but great work by Hansen.

Noisewater stops Hansen from passing to mount.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Hansen stands up and beckons Noisewater to his feet.

Noisewater tries to clinch but Hansen moves out of range.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Noisewater has gone for a leg lock! Hansen slips out almost immediately though and dives into Noisewater's guard.
Hansen has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Noisewater is proving hard to escape from.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Noisewater holds on and takes a little breather.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Noisewater manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Hansen manages to get himself to full guard.
Noisewater wants to pass the guard but Hansen is keeping the position.

Hansen wants to sweep but no luck.
Noisewater advances position into side control!
Noisewater wants to control but Hansen is keeping him busy.

Hansen takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
Hansen managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Noisewater.

Noisewater is trying to get an arm triangle but Hansen is defending well.
Hansen tries to improve position but can't.
Hansen is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Noisewater off and has taken his back!
Noisewater rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.

Kenneth Noisewater showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!



Noisewater feints and as Hansen raises his hands in defense, Noisewater changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Noisewater postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Hansen is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Noisewater, into his guard.
Noisewater manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Hansen is in all sorts of trouble here.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Noisewater cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Hansen is trying to escape the mount.
Noisewater looking to finish Hansen with some ground and pound. This is bad for Hansen!

Noisewater swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Hansen is now in Noisewater's guard. A big mistake from Noisewater there, giving up the dominant position!

Noisewater takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Hansen wants to control from the top but Noisewater keeps moving.
Noisewater is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Noisewater has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Hansen has passed into side control.

Hansen wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Noisewater, who protects the arm well.
Noisewater manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.

Noisewater is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment.
Hansen trying to control the action but Noisewater is working from the bottom.
Noisewater is controlling Hansen's trapped leg to prevent Hansen from advancing to side control.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Noisewater is looking to control Hansen's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Noisewater avoid being mounted?
The referee calls for the fighters to work.

Noisewater wants to get back to his feet.

Noisewater is pressing down on Hansen's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Noisewater seems keen to control Hansen's posture.

Kenneth Noisewater comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Noisewater has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
