Akamoah's entrance music is Red Hot Chili Peppers - Can't Stop. A fine choice. Kerr has chosen Smash Your enemies - Hatebreed as his entrance music. Akamoah has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Matt Kerr has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Akamoah will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Kerr escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Akamoah gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
