Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Marcus Davies (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vladimir Grozny (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Davies kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Can't Be Touched. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Kenichi Hosakawa and Yukihiro Shimada.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davies slaps away a takedown attempt from Grozny , before circling back to the center of the mat.
Davies has closed the distance and engaged Grozny in a clinch.
Davies is fighting off a takedown attempt but Grozny is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Davies to the mat. Davies regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
Grozny drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Grozny jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Davies can't keep his opponent in guard - Grozny advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Grozny is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Davies doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Grozny .
Davies pushes Grozny off looking to stand but Grozny dives back in and keeps control.

Grozny is working for a kimura but Davies is defending it quite comfortably.
Grozny is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Davies is just riding it out for now. Grozny eventually gives up the hold.
Davies pushes Grozny off looking to stand but Grozny dives back in and keeps control.
Grozny is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Davies sees it coming and defends easily.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Grozny is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Davies is just riding it out for now. Grozny eventually gives up the hold.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Davies is trying to stand.
Grozny is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Davies looks like he's trying to stand up.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Davies wants to clinch up but Grozny keeps it at a distance.
Davies pushes Grozny up against the cage in a clinch.
Grozny drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Davies gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Grozny is working for takedown but Davies is calmly controlling the position for now.

Grozny is pressed up against the cage. Davies has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Grozny down to the mat. Grozny avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Davies connects with a nice short shot to Grozny 's temple.

Davies postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Grozny has his foot on Davies's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Davies works his way back into a safe position though.

Grozny working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Davies doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Davies manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Grozny has his feet on Davies's thighs here. He's pushed Davies off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Davies screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
