Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between marek rudzinski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yurass Ismine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Yurass Ismine has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with marek rudzinski's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, marek rudzinski!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Yurass Ismine!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, James Glass and Paul Tew.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ismine closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Ismine wants to control but rudzinski is keeping him busy.
Ismine creates some space and throws a big elbow, but rudzinski sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
rudzinski tries to improve position but can't.
Ismine trying to control the action but rudzinski is working from the bottom.
rudzinski tries to buck Ismine off but Ismine is having none of it.
Ismine works to advance to full mount. rudzinski defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.

Ismine wants to take his opponent's back but he's not managed it.
rudzinski on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if rudzinski tries to get out of the position.

Ismine misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
rudzinski is looking to improve his position but Ismine isn't that keen on the idea.
rudzinski is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.

rudzinski tries to reverse the position but Ismine maintains control.

Ismine has control of rudzinski's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and rudzinski regains control of the situation pretty easily.

rudzinski holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Ismine tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.

Ismine moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, rudzinski has worked his arm free - good work by rudzinski!
rudzinski tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Ismine wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Ismine has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
rudzinski is not content to let Ismine control the position.
Ismine takes a little break here. rudzinski wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
rudzinski is looking for a sweep.

rudzinski manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Ismine thows a huge punch but rudzinski dodges it nicely.
rudzinski knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Ismine on the ground.
rudzinski is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Ismine lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for rudzinski!

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
rudzinski tries to lock up and control but Ismine gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Ismine throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for rudzinski because Ismine loaded up on that one.

Yurass Ismine showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

rudzinski feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Well Ismine has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
