Hoost comes to the cage accompanied by All I Do Is Win. Kovas is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Bankrobber by The Clash . Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kovas rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Hoost moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Kovas throws a right and a left that Hoost avoids nicely.
Kovas fails to land with a series of punches.
Kovas scores with a shot to the body.
Kovas jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Kovas swats away the attempt to clinch by Hoost.
Kovas avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Kovas throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Kovas circles away from the clinch attempt.
Kovas lands a nice hook to Hoost's body. Hoost takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Hoost wants to clinch up but Kovas keeps it at a distance.
Hoost is looking to clinch.
Hoost throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Kovas counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Hoost is breathing heavily.
Kovas goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Kovas cracks Hoost with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Kovas has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Hoost to stand back up!

Hoost is rocked!
Ernesto Hoost seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kovas rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Hoost moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Hoost loses concentration momentarily and Kovas pounces with a three punch combo! Right, left, right! Hoost crashes face first to the mat, out cold! Kovas finishes this one with a fantastically precise combo! Great stuff.
