Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Donald Bale (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zachary Hanson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bale has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Donald Bale! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Zachary Hanson! The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Steven Brown and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bale gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Hanson to score an easy takedown into full guard. Bale is looking to stand up but Hanson isn't so interested in that idea. Hanson is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Bale is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Bale has escaped and now he's on top! Hanson looking for a guillotine here but Bale defends easily.
Hanson is trying to control the position from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bale is fighting to break Hanson's control of his arms but Hanson is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Hanson manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Bale manages to get himself to full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Hanson throwing strikes but missing. Hanson wants to stand but Bale has a closed guard, so he can't escape. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Hanson drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Hanson jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Bale is breathing heavily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Hanson trying to control but Bale is working from the bottom. Hanson wants to stand and escape but instead Bale has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Hanson trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage. Hanson wants to get back to his feet but Bale is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Bale content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Hanson is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bale stands up over Hanson, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Bale looking to pass the guard. Hanson is trying to control the position but Bale postures up. Hanson looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Bale trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Bale content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Hanson shoots in and drives through. Bale sprawls well. A big right from Bale misses.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Bale shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Hanson counters with a nice double leg into side control. Bale won't be happy with that. Hanson has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. Bale shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Hanson counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Bale! Hanson wants to control the pace but Bale is squirming around nicely. Hanson tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Hanson won't let Bale get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Zachary Hanson dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Hanson gets a takedown into half guard. Hanson missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Bale scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Hanson manages to mount him!
Hanson working for a submission but Bale is keeping him at bay. Hanson wants to finish this one by submission but Bale is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Hanson. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hanson won't let Bale get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now. Zachary Hanson has got the better of the ground game so far. Hanson wants to control the pace but Bale is squirming around nicely. Hanson is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Bale can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Hanson controlling the position easily from mount. Bale trying desperately to get to his feet.

Hanson lands a nice shot to the head. Hanson tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Bale is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.
The referee warns Bale that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hanson landing strikes, looking to finish! Hanson throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
Hanson controlling from mount. Hanson looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Hanson unloads with some shots from mount but Bale bucks and avoids them well.

Zachary Hanson showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!
Hanson scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. Hanson looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Hanson wants to control from the top but Bale keeps moving. Hanson slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Bale wants to get back to his feet but Hanson is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Bale somehow manages to escape the mount and get back to his feet! Donald Bale has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Bale gets caught flat footed, as Hanson shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Hanson trying to control but Bale is working from the bottom. Hanson is looking to stand up but Bale won't let him. Hanson trying to control the position from guard on top but Bale is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Bale looking for a guillotine here but Hanson defends easily.

And that's the end of the fight! Zachary Hanson comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Hanson has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
