Hammer misses with a takedown attempt - Kortelainen sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Hammer is fighting off a takedown attempt but Kortelainen is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Hammer to the mat. Hammer regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
Kortelainen is posturing up here but Hammer has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Kortelainen tries to roll out but it's too tight and Kortelainen has to tap! Slick submission there by Hammer!
