Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Timofei Evtuhov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and roma roman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Timofei Evtuhov! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, roma roman! The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Illya Tyunina.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A telegraphed takedown attempt from roman is defended easily by Evtuhov. roman shoots in for a double leg but Evtuhov sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. roman gets caught flat footed, as Evtuhov shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Evtuhov passes easily into side control. Nice work. Evtuhov is staying tight to roman's torso, preventing him from escaping. roman can't do much from the bottom here. Evtuhov is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, roman has escaped the position, nice work there. Evtuhov cracks roman with a big right hand but roman just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
That's one minute gone in the round. roman tries to control but Evtuhov manages to take his back. Evtuhov is working the ground and pound. Can roman escape? roman really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Evtuhov. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.
Can roman hold on?! Evtuhov is landing more strikes to his hapless foe.
roman looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment. Evtuhov gets his hooks in and is throwing strikes. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Evtuhov is looking for the choke from the back position but roman is controlling his hands well.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Evtuhov is throwing strikes from the back here. Oh that last one was to the back of the head. Evtuhov gets a warning from the referee. He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Evtuhov gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Evtuhov apologises and we restart here on the feet.
roman tries to keep at a distance but Evtuhov has taken the fight into the clinch. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! A right hand to the body from Evtuhov.
roman looks gassed! Evtuhov lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Evtuhov works his way into full mount! Evtuhov lands with some strikes. roman is in all sorts of trouble here.

That's three minutes gone in the round. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Evtuhov cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Evtuhov throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! roman has his hands clasped together but Evtuhov breaks the hold and roman is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Evtuhov!
