Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Maxi Marin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Maximus Pax (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Anni Minnemäki and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Pax looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Pax is in all sorts of trouble here.

Pax sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

Pax shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Marin is trying to defend but Pax finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Marin has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Pax is working away from the top position though.

Pax lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.

Maximus Pax showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Maxi Marin.
