Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vincenzo Ferrara (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Flavio Calosso (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ferrara comes to the cage accompanied by Sons Of Odin (Manowar). Calosso has chosen Primo Vittoria (Sabaton) as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Kenichi Hosakawa and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Calosso dives in and grabs Ferrara's left leg, looking for a takedown. Ferrara pushes down on Calosso's head and hops out.
Ferrara shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Calosso wants to improve his position but Ferrara is controlling well.
Calosso is not content to let Ferrara control the position.
Ferrara is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Calosso doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Ferrara.
Ferrara not landing any meaningful shots this time.

Ferrara with the ground and pound but Calosso uses the opportunity to regain guard.
Ferrara throws and elbow that misses. Calosso uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Ferrara's guard. Nice move by Calosso!
Calosso trying to control the position from guard on top but Ferrara is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Calosso is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Ferrara scores with a takedown into Calosso's guard.
Calosso wants to sweep but no luck.
Calosso looks gassed!

Ferrara not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Ferrara knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Calosso on the ground.

Calosso gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Calosso misses with a takedown
and Ferrara counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Ferrara connects with a couple of short punches.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!
Ferrara is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Calosso's half guard.
Ferrara is working for a kimura but Calosso is defending it quite comfortably.
Calosso slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Calosso is trying to control the position but Ferrara postures up.
