Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Felix Gonzalez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Henry Thompson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Felix Gonzalez has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Felix Gonzalez seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Alan Glass and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gonzalez scores with a takedown into Thompson's guard.
Gonzalez throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Thompson works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Gonzalez looking to pass the guard.
Thompson manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Thompson is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Gonzalez has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Gonzalez sneaks a leg under to get to half guard.
Gonzalez is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Gonzalez manages to escape and get back to his feet!
Gonzalez drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Gonzalez won't allow Thompson to get back to his feet.
Gonzalez postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Thompson wriggles free and stands up.
Gonzalez takes a swing at Thompson's ribcage but misses.
Thompson throws a looping overhand right but Gonzalez ducks down to avoid it.
Gonzalez fails to land the takedown.
Thompson dodges the punch combination from Gonzalez.
Gonzalez shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Thompson sprawls well. Thompson wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Gonzalez gets slowly back to his feet.
Gonzalez is breathing heavily.
Gonzalez shoots for a takedown but Thompson saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Felix Gonzalez. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Thompson fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Gonzalez sprawls well initially but Thompson persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Thompson trying to control from half guard but Gonzalez is working away.
Gonzalez manages to escape and get back to his feet!
Thompson swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
No luck for Gonzalez with that takedown attempt.
Thompson works Gonzalez's body with a nice hook.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Gonzalez ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Thompson catches Gonzalez with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
It looks like Felix Gonzalez has been cut.
Thompson cracks Gonzalez with a big right hand and Gonzalez goes down!
Gonzalez is rocked!
Thompson slips nicely into half guard.
Thompson decides to return to a standing position.
Thompson moves in close and cracks Gonzalez with a massive right hand! Gonzalez, frozen momentarily in time, tumbles to the canvas, already out cold! A brutal knockout by Thompson!
