Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alan Winters (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Crocop POWER (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Crocop POWER is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Alan Winters!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Crocop POWER!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, James Atkins and William Gold.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
POWER closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
POWER scores with a nice body kick.

Winters gets caught flat footed, as POWER shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Winters working for a triangle but POWER defends it easily.

Winters escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. POWER gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Winters is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
POWER missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
POWER throws a big right hand that misses.
POWER trying to control the position from guard on top but Winters is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
POWER pushing down on Winters's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.
POWER missing with the ground and pound from half guard.

POWER throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
POWER wants to lay and pray for a moment but Winters keeps working.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Winters dodges the punch combination from POWER.
POWER tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Winters on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
POWER misses with a double jab.
POWER pulls out of a head kick attempt.
POWER fails with a takedown attempt.
POWER looks gassed!

Winters shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Winters showed some decent athleticism there.

Winters is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Winters is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so POWER is just riding it out for now. Winters eventually gives up the hold.
POWER looks like he's trying to stand up.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Winters is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and POWER defends it well.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
POWER is trying to stand back up but Winters is controlling him

Winters is looking for a kimura here.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Winters is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, POWER has managed to free his arm - good work.
Winters is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
POWER is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!


POWER looks to land a combination but Winters avoids it well.

Winters closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming POWER to the mat! POWER manages to get full guard.
Winters passes POWER's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Winters passes to full mount!

Winters working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.

Winters has control of POWER's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and POWER regains control of the situation pretty easily.
POWER's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Winters wants to take his opponent's back but he's not managed it.

Winters goes for an armbar but POWER turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from POWER.
POWER wants to stand but Winters is controlling his posture from full guard.
POWER really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Winters. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Winters has his feet on POWER's thighs here. He's pushed POWER off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! POWER screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:18 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Alan Winters!
