Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kapeng Mainit (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Clincher Tradition (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kapeng Mainit has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Kapeng Mainit! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Clincher Tradition! The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Wagner Zegers and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tradition wants to clinch. Tradition doesn't manage to clinch there - Mainit circles away.
Tradition is looking to clinch. Tradition closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Tradition lands in his opponent's guard. Mainit seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. Mainit has his foot on Tradition's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Tradition works his way back into a safe position though. Tradition throwing strikes but missing. Mainit not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tradition trying to control but Mainit is working from the bottom. Tradition wants to stand but Mainit is controlling his posture from full guard. Mainit is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Tradition with a flurry of punches that miss. Mainit trying to control the position here. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Mainit working a defensive guard here.
Mainit is looking to stand up but Tradition isn't so interested in that idea. Tradition wants to control from the top but Mainit keeps moving. Mainit looking for a guillotine here but Tradition defends easily.
Mainit will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Tradition trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mainit is trying to keep Tradition in close.
Mainit is breathing heavily.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Tradition displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Mainit. Tradition doesn't manage to clinch there - Mainit circles away.
Tradition throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Mainit was covering up waiting for the punch and Tradition finishes the takedown easily into guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Tradition thows a big elbow that misses.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Tradition trying to control but Mainit is working from the bottom. Tradition is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Mainit keeping moving, preventing Tradition from controlling successfully. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Clincher Tradition dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Mainit avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Tradition changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Mainit tries to avoid it but Tradition manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Mainit to the ground. Mainit escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Tradition with a poor takedown and Mainit counters with a nice double leg into side control. Tradition won't be happy with that. Tradition parries the strikes from Mainit easily there. Mainit is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Tradition to escape.
You can see the frustration on Tradition's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Mainit is looking to take a break and control but Tradition is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Mainit slips into full mount, dodging the strikes by Tradition. Mainit goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Tradition turns into him and now he's in Mainit's guard.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tradition scoring with punches to the head and body. Tradition looking to pass the guard. Tradition wanted to stand there but Mainit had control of the position. Mainit is trying to control the position from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Mainit keeping moving, preventing Tradition from controlling successfully. Tradition must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Mainit avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Mainit preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Tradition working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Tradition moves into the clinch. Tradition manages to break the clinch.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tradition misses with a takedown attempt and Mainit counters with a takedown into side control. Kapeng Mainit has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Clincher Tradition. Tradition manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Tradition with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Tradition is trying to control. Mainit wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Mainit moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Tradition trying to control but Mainit is working from the bottom. Tradition tries to stand but Mainit is controlling from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Tradition in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Mainit wants to stand up but Tradition is controlling him. Tradition trying to control the position from guard on top but Mainit is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Mainit looking to control.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kapeng Mainit dominated that second round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!
Tradition has a takedown stuffed. Mainit looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Tradition is trying to control but can't.
Mainit sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Tradition defending well though. Tradition is looking to escape. Mainit works his way into full mount! Mainit trying to control but he's not successful this time. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Tradition has left one of his arms exposed and Mainit doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Tradition screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
