Spice has chosen Voodoo Child by Jimi Hendrix as his entrance music. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Spice lands a big uppercut and Gomes crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Gomes looks OK. Spice waves Gomes back to his feet!
Gomes is rocked!
It looks like Halbert Gomes has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Spice steps into range and unloads a brutal right left combo! Gomes is out on his feet! Spice sets himself and nearly takes Gomes's head off with a straight right, sending him crashing to the mat! Wow, that was nasty... but awesome! Wooo!
