Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Mark Coleman!
The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Winston Howard and Bruno Hogan.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dundee tries to clinch but Coleman moves out of range.
Dundee avoids the head kick by Coleman.

Dundee has taken the fight to the clinch.
Dundee effectively controlling the action here.
Dundee wants a takedown but no success here.
Coleman unloads a knee to the mid-section. Dundee lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.
Dundee lands a damaging elbow.
Coleman fails to pull the fight into his guard.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Dundee rushes Coleman and presses him up against the cage.

Coleman is fighting off a takedown attempt but Dundee is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Coleman to the mat. Coleman regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
Coleman tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Dundee postures up in Coleman's guard and throws a big left but Coleman blocks it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Coleman keeping moving, preventing Dundee from controlling successfully.
Coleman is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Dundee preventing the sweep.
Coleman is pulling down on Dundee's head. It's preventing any offense from Dundee, at least for the moment.

Coleman wants to stand up but Dundee is controlling him.
Coleman keeping full guard, as Dundee tries to pass.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Coleman moves out of range as Dundee throws a body kick.

Coleman utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Coleman can do anything to dispel that myth.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Dundee pushes Coleman up against the cage in a clinch.
Coleman swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Dundee lands a nice elbow from the clinch.
Coleman tries for a takedown. No joy.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Babak Dundee dominated that round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!



Dundee takes the fight into the clinch.

Dundee is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Coleman is defending well for now.
Dundee is looking to control Coleman's arms but Coleman gets an underhook and turns him. Now Dundee has his back to the cage.
Coleman changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Dundee fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Coleman takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Dundee is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Coleman shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

and Dundee counters with a takedown into side control.
Dundee in side control, just content to control the action for now.

Dundee has hold of Coleman's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Coleman tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Dundee cranks the arm and Coleman screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Coleman, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:04 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Babak Dundee!
