Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Tristan Galahad! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Micheal King! The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Summer Carpenter and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! King defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Galahad. King shoots in for a takedown but Galahad shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. King moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. King scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Galahad misses with a takedown attempt and King counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Galahad! Galahad is looking to get to half guard. King unloads with some shots from mount but Galahad bucks and avoids them well.
Galahad is squirming around, avoiding King's attempts to control the action.
That's one minute gone in the round. Galahad is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.

King lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.

Galahad tries to get back to half guard but can't. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, King cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
King should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. King lands a big elbow. King is working close to his opponent, looking to work a submission by the looks of things. Oh, he's managed to get a guillotine from mount as his opponent reached up! That looks tiiiiight! Will he tap? YES, he's tapped! Impressive submission by King!
