Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Cleveland Crosby (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Donnie Fisher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Donnie Fisher told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Cleveland Crosby! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Donnie Fisher! The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Hugh Johnson and Summer Carpenter.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Crosby tried to score with a low kick but Fisher checks it. Fisher fails to land with a series of punches.
A looping hook to the body misses from Fisher. Crosby does a little dance to reset his feet. Fisher rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Crosby moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Fisher will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Fisher's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Fisher duly obliges. Crosby lands a jab to Fisher's midsection. Fisher misses with the combination.
Crosby throws a body punch but Fisher moves out of range. Crosby with a body punch. A glancing blow. Fisher looks gassed! This has been an exciting period of action! Crosby lands with a straight right. Fisher didn't see that one coming. Crosby avoids a punch combination nicely.
Crosby punishes Fisher's body with a nice straight punch. Fisher on the wrong end of a nice hook. Crosby lands a nice hook to Fisher's body. Fisher takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Crosby digs a good hook to Fisher's body.
Crosby bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Crosby trying to control the action but Fisher is working from the bottom. Crosby remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fisher tries to improve position but can't. Crosby grinds an elbow into Fisher's temple. Crosby stands up and beckons Fisher to his feet. Crosby swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Fisher.
Fisher is rocked! Crosby forces Fisher back against the cage and clinches. Fisher is still on wobbly legs! Can Crosby finish him? Fisher misses with a punch on the inside.
Crosby is leaning against Fisher and scores with a nice uppercut to the body. Crosby stalling.
A short uppercut from Crosby. A body shot lands from Crosby.
Crosby lands with a short punch from the clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A short right from Crosby. Crosby throws a big uppercut that drops Fisher! More strikes from Crosby and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Fisher lies dazed against the cage as Crosby celebrates with his cornermen!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Cleveland Crosby!
