Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between George Fisher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Boxter Lock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Boxter Lock will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, George Fisher! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Boxter Lock! The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Summer Carpenter and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A punch combination from Lock misses. Horrible takedown by Fisher or perhaps it was just good defense by Lock which made him look bad. No luck for Fisher with that takedown attempt. Fisher ducks right into an uppercut from Lock. Lock dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Lock throws a right hand that Fisher ducks under and follows up with a left that Fisher also avoids with ease. Nice body punch from Lock. The fight stays on the outside here - Lock looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Lock scores with a shot to the body.

Lock takes a swing at Fisher's ribcage but misses.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fisher on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Lock looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Fisher slips a straight right by Lock. Lock fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Lock tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Fisher paws at him with a jab and circles away. Lock lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Lock. Boxter Lock seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Fisher with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Lock to score with a decent uppercut. Lock with a body punch. A glancing blow. Nice body punch from Lock. Lock tries to clinch but Fisher is having none of it. Lock fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Fisher manages to avoid it. Fisher takes a body punch but keeps moving. Fisher misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for George Fisher. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lock throws a body punch but Fisher moves out of range. A left and a right from Lock both land. Nice combination. Lock lands with a nice body punch. Lock slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Lock throws a series of punches but Fisher moves out of range. Lock throws a right and a left that Fisher avoids nicely. Lock lands a nice hook to Fisher's body. Fisher takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Fisher fails miserably with a takedown attempt. This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Fisher. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery. Lock scores with a shot to the body.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Fisher fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Lock fails to land with a series of punches.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lock will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Lock, as that shot connected.
Fisher is trying hard to land a takedown here. Lock sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Lock misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Fisher.
Lock looks to land a combination. Fisher sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. Lock tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Fisher paws at him with a jab and circles away. Lock throws a nice looking combination but Fisher bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Fisher fails to land the takedown.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A right-left combo lands from Lock. Lock scores with a one two! Fisher had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Lock looks to land a combination but Fisher avoids it well. Lock tries to close the distance and clinch but Fisher swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Lock lands with a hook. Fisher tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Fisher avoids the body shot from Lock.
Lock is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Fisher rather than just go for the knockout. Lock takes a swing at Fisher's ribcage but misses. Lock tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Fisher paws at him with a jab and circles away. Fisher keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Lock lands a slapping body shot.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Some wild striking there from Lock.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Boxter Lock dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Fisher takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Fisher shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Fisher is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Lock can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Lock wants to use the cage to get back to his feet here.

That's one minute gone in the round. Lock is trying to get back to his feet but can't. Fisher moves to back control. Lock looking to stop the rear naked choke attempt by controlling the hands. Lock is breathing heavily. Fisher looking for the choke from the back. Fisher has both hooks in and is working for a choke. Lock is in real trouble here. Fisher gets an arm under the chin and tightens the submission attempt... is this the end? Yes, Lock is tapping out! Fisher wins by rear naked choke!
